A BOM-audit dependency check could silently report "no dependencies — safe to delete" when the check itself failed to load, instead of saying the count couldn't be verified
Roles permission catalog and NC Deploy/Audit's check-manifest caches would permanently stop retrying after one failed load (the failure was cached as if it succeeded) — now a failed load is retried on the next attempt instead of requiring a page reload

Logging out could fail silently on a network error, leaving the session in an inconsistent state with no feedback — now shows a busy state and an error message if it fails
